The contractor tells you what it can do, what licenses and insurance it holds and how it works. You decide whether to go ahead.
What this site does not do
It does not employ crews, own equipment, hold licenses or insurance, or perform any work. It does not make claims about response times, and it does not guarantee any contractor's work. The brand name is the name of a website.
It cannot connect calls that are only about mold. Mold remediation is separately licensed in Texas, and the contractors reached through this line handle water and fire damage.
You may hire anyone you like. A call to this line creates no obligation.
